Review of The Salt Room in Brighton
The Salt Room has been revered as one of Brighton’s best restaurants for many years, but its refurbishment of the Terrace has taken the location to a new level. Overlooking the famous West Pier, and i360, the new all year round South facing terrace has tongues wagging. It opens up in the summer, or with the recent heatwave, it stays shut with some very welcome air con.
