Dal Fiorentino launches in Notting Hill

Marking the fifth London location for the much loved Italian sandwich shop, Dal Fiorentino has arrived in Notting Hill. Located in the iconic Westbourne Grove, the new site brings the authentic taste of Florence to West London with its signature Schiacciata sandwiches.


Founded in 2022 by husband and wife duo Andrei and Cristina, Dal Fiorentino was born from a desire to share the flavours of their hometown, Florence, with London. Schiacciata is a a traditional Tuscan flatbread widely enjoyed across Florence, baked fresh daily and filled with premium Italian ingredients, including buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, salami, Parma ham, and house-made pesto.


Guests can choose from 15+ freshly prepared sandwiches, made to order right in front of them, which they can either eat in store or take away with them.


Standout favourites include:

  • Machiavelli; Tuscan pancetta, stracciatella, ‘nduja cream, grilled courgettes

  • Da Vinci; Mortadella, whole burrata, pistachio pesto, extra virgin olive oil

  • La Fiorentina; Fennel salami, pecorino, truffle honey, extra virgin olive oil

  • Ginevra; Buffalo mozzarella, beef tomatoes, basil (vegetarian)

  • Il Magnifico; Burrata, pistachio pesto, grilled courgettes, rocket (vegetarian)

  • Giotto (vegan); Black olive spread, beef tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil

Experience the last days of Pompei at Immerse LDN’s new exhibition

Immerse LDN is set to open another one of their signature Immersive Exhibition: The Last Days of Pompei, which will be made available to the public on the 14th of November, for a limited 16-week run.


The ground-breaking exhibitions allows visitors to explore the culture, stories and lives of Roman citizens in Pompei almost 2,000 years ago, before the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. You can expect to see the beauty of the ancient city, uncover the secrets of daily Roman life and experience what it was like to witness the eruption.


The Last Day of Pompei is set across 3,000 square metres and 10 different galleries, and makes the most out of its immersive nature, for the exhibition to be as educational and exciting as possible. It features impressive technology, including 8-metre-high immersive video mapping hall, a seated 360-degree Virtual Reality experience, a free-roaming Digital Metaverse room, as well as Roman times replicas & artefacts.
