London’s most glamorous dining room has gotten even cooler. Last month Bob Bob Ricard Soho unveiled what it claims to be the World’s Coldest Martini, served at an eye watering -22°C.
As the martini continues its global revival, the Soho institution is redefining the serve by removing ice and dilution entirely. Instead, the cocktail is perfectly premixed and poured directly from a frozen bottle, ensuring absolute clarity and sub-zero precision in every glass. Guests can choose between three times distilled Reserve Vodka or Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, each served dry to honour the purity and discipline of the classic martini.
The result of meticulous experimentation where science meets mixology, the frozen pour delivers a silky, crystal-clear texture that remains unwavering from first sip to last. By eliminating dilution, the focus sits firmly on the spirit itself, offering a clean, uncompromising expression that feels both modern and intentional.

In true Bob Bob Ricard fashion, the theatre is as important as the drink. The martini is poured tableside from its frozen bottle into chilled glasses by white gloved waiters, finished simply with a twist or olive. It is precision with performance, delivered with signature flair.
Known for its opulent Art Deco interiors by David Collins Studio and the iconic Press for Champagne button, Bob Bob Ricard has long championed indulgence done properly. With Champagne summoned at the touch of a button and now martinis poured well below freezing, the restaurant continues to innovate at the intersection of luxury and spectacle.
