Pan Pacific London opens new destination cocktail bar – Silverleaf

Liverpool Street is being treated with a fab new bar opening this February. Launching in the Pan Pacific hotel, Silverleaf is a brand-new destination cocktail bar bringing luxury and excitement to the 144-year-old Devonshire House.

Drinkers are promised a full sensory experience, delivered expertly in a beautiful Tom Dixon designed space. The creation of Chris Tanner and Simo, Director of Bars and Managing Director of Milroy’s respectively, and Liam Broom, former Bar Manager at Callooh Callay, the theme of ‘naturalism and the elements’ runs through and through.

Bespoke lighting, furniture, and accessories create a stylish yet cosy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the bespoke drinks menu, also designed in collaboration with the Tom Dixon team. Continuing with the theme of ‘naturalism’, each cocktail champions two or three core ingredients, and drinks are divided by a distinctive symbolic language through flavour profiles represented through unique geometric colour profiles.

Address: Pan Pacific, 80 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7AB
