Meet MOMO’s summer crush: Watermelon Kombucha

This summer, MOMO has teamed up with Natoora to create something seriously refreshing: MOMO’s seasonal Watermelon Kombucha.

Made with MOMO’s raw kombucha and Natoora’s incredible Sentinel Watermelon, this limited-edition brew is a match made in summer heaven. Think juicy, sweet watermelon, a gentle fruity richness and that unmistakable zing of kombucha. But this isn’t just any watermelon. Grown by Oscar Zerbinati in Mantua, Northern Italy, a region famed for its melons, the Sentinel Watermelon comes from the Zerbinati family, one of the area’s most celebrated growers.

Oscar takes a seriously considered approach to growing. Each plant produces just one melon, allowing it to channel all its energy into creating the biggest, sweetest fruit possible. The melons are grown slowly, reaching up to a whopping 18kg, while their water intake is carefully restricted, encouraging the plants to draw nutrients from the region’s mineral-rich clay soils. The result? Dense, rich and intensely juicy flesh packed with flavour.

The result might just be MOMO’s lightest and most refreshing kombucha yet, a celebration of exceptional produce, sweet, juicy and beautifully balanced, it’s made for sun-drenched afternoons, picnics, BBQs with friends and lazy long summer days.
