Travel Photographer of the Year – hosted in Coal Drops Yard

A free open-air exhibition lands in Kings cross this Summer, with the international Travel Photographer of the Year awards (TPOTY) on display in the superb Coal Drops Yard.

The exhibition of 160 world-class images will be on display from 12 May – 10 June. Professional and amateur photographers from 147 countries submitted some 25,000 images, shot on everything from high-end professional cameras to mobile phones. The result is an eclectic mix of stunning images; majestic landscapes, intimate animal and bird portraits, intriguing night-time views beneath the ocean’s surface and a harrowing reportage of life under siege in Syria, the awards present glimpses of cultures across the world. Guests will be given the chance to vote for their favourite image online, and everybody who votes will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a range of prizes including a one-day private photography lesson with TPOTY founder Chris Coe.

Address: Stable St. Kings Cross, London N1C 4DQ
