Art in Mayfair is back from 12th June – 9th July

Vibrant, colourful flags designed by Bob and Roberta Smith will adorn Mayfair for the annual showcase of art and culture, to celebrate the rich history of the area’s creativity. Running along Piccadilly, the streets will come alive with a sculpture trail and artist collaborations unique to the event. The theme of the Bob and Roberta Smith flags is “A Puzzle 4 u” and visitors are encouraged to solve the clues within the flags.

The Royal Academy’s 255th Summer Show will be the focus of the celebrations running from 12th June – 9th July with thousands of works on display from both amateur and professional artists. Huge sculptures will fill Grosvenor and Berkeley Squares designed by Bernar Venet, well known for his work with curved metals.

Top restaurants and bars will join in with Audley Public House, Bacchania and Colony Grill Room all housing their own fabulous displays of artworks from Phyllida Barlow to Martin Creed.
