Noodle & Beer teams up with Penfolds to bring Noodle & Wine Wednesdays to Chinatown

This November, things are heating up (and cooling down) at Noodle & Beer Chinatown. The Sichuan favourite, renowned for its fiery spices and legendary handmade noodles is teaming up with iconic luxury winemaker Penfolds to launch a limited run of Noodle & Wine Wednesdays.

Over four Wednesdays, from 19th November to 10th December, guests can enjoy a refined three-course pairing menu that matches some of Noodle & Beer’s most beloved dishes with three standout Penfolds wines. Expect bold flavours, deep reds, and a surprisingly elegant twist on the restaurant’s famously casual vibe.

Here’s what to expect:

Starter - Choo Shou Dumplings – minced chicken and lotus root, paired with Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling

Main - Super King Braised Beef Ribs with Blanket Noodles, paired with Penfolds Bin 138 Shiraz Grenache Mataro

Dessert - Hong Tang Ci Ba – sticky rice cake with brown sugar sauce, paired with Penfolds Father Tawny

Guests can choose between £45 for two courses or £60 for the full three-course pairing. Downstairs, the restaurant’s hidden dining room has already been transformed for the occasion, glowing in Penfolds’ signature reds and creating an atmospheric, intimate space perfect for date nights, catch-ups, or a well-deserved solo feast.

Available dates: 26 November • 3 December • 10 December

Address: Noodle & Beer Chinatown, 27 Wardour Street, W1D 6PR
