
The Wellness Oasis® Brings Its Immersive Mental Health & Wellness Experience to London
The Wellness Oasis®, the renowned international mental health and wellness event and community platform, is making its UK debut, teaming up with Bukhman Philanthropies for an incredible immersive day. Taking over 180 Studios on Saturday 19 September, the one-day experience will bring together some of the world’s leading voices across mental health, relationships, longevity, women’s health and wellbeing. The Wellness Oasis® offers Londoners the chance to step back, reset and discover practical ways to nourish their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
At the heart of the experience are intimate conversations hosted and moderated by wellbeing expert Devi Brown, alongside interactive workshops, movement, breathwork, visualisation and restorative experiences designed to get you out of your head and back into yourself. Previous editions, staged alongside major cultural moments in cities including Miami, Austin and Cannes, have welcomed globally recognised names including Oprah Winfrey, Dwyane Wade, John Legend, Joe Jonas, Gary Brecka, Lindsay Lohan and Dr Becky Kennedy. Expect honest, vulnerable conversations about real-life experiences, alongside insights from leading psychologists, physicians, authors, athletes and mental health advocates.
The London line-up will explore the big questions shaping how we live today!
