Summer stretch series at Sky Garden this July and August
Wellness has reached new heights! On the 36th floor, Sky Garden brings back its popular Summer Stretch Series, offering Londoners a peaceful escape without leaving the city. Hosted in the bright City Garden Bar, these sessions blend movement, mindfulness, and views for a great weekend start.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or want to swap your sofa for something uplifting, the classes welcome all abilities. Yoga and meditation classes run every Saturday and Sunday all summer, helping guests build
strength, flexibility, and focus before enjoying an optional matcha latte or Plenish shot at Larch on the ground floor.
Top UK fitness personalities are taking over Sky Garden this summer.
What's on in July:
4th - 25th July - Morning yoga (16+), 8am - 9am
For wellness with a view, Sky Garden's Stretching The City partnership is ideal. Each Saturday and Sunday at 8am, guests 16+ can stretch, strengthen, and relax above London's rooftops.
Tickets from £20.90 – Book HERE.
18th July: Pilates with SHREDDY, 8.30am - 10am.
Swap crowded gyms for the city's loftiest workout as SHREDDY trainer Alana Moriarty takes over Sky Garden for a full-body Pilates sculpt session that leaves you feeling stronger, taller, and energised, all above the London skyline, with a post-class smoothie, pastry, and time to
enjoy the rooftop oasis included.
Tickets from £33 - Book HERE.
What's on in August:
15th - 16th July - Pilates with Verity, 8am - 9am & 9am -10am.
Take your Pilates routine to greater heights as Verity, founder of the Pilates with Verity app, returns to Sky Garden for another exclusive weekend of feel-good sessions. Expect mindful movement, plenty of deep stretches and panoramic views across London that might just distract you from those final few pulses (Verity is also gifting everyone something from one of her favourite brands, and who doesn't love a free gift!). Tickets from £33.00 - Book HERE.
A few handy tips before you head up: Mats aren't supplied, so bring your own, and it's worth popping on an extra layer until you've warmed into the session, as Sky Garden's open, naturally ventilated space can be a little breezy. Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early for security screening, as late arrivals can't be accommodated and tickets are non-refundable.
Sky Garden is just a short walk from both Monument (Tube) Station and Fenchurch Street Station (National Rail).
