Mour to open in Marylebone this June bringing mediterranean flair to Marylebone

Marylebone is set to welcome a stylish new all-day dining destination this summer with the launch of Mour, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant opening this June on Seymour Street. Created by The Leonard Hotel in collaboration with Emerald Hospitality Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing hospitality operators, Mour promises to bring relaxed elegance, seasonal cooking and a warm neighbourhood feel to one of central London’s most established postcodes.

Set within a beautifully reimagined Georgian townhouse, Mour will feature an intimate 60-cover dining room alongside a hidden 20-seat courtyard complete with a retractable roof, making it a year-round escape in the heart of the city. With its own dedicated entrance on Seymour Street, the restaurant has been designed to feel like a tucked-away retreat for both locals and visitors alike.

The menu will take inspiration from Mediterranean dining culture, focusing on seasonal British produce cooked with southern European influence. Guests can expect ingredient-led dishes designed for sharing, from freshly made pastas and vibrant vegetables to responsibly sourced meats and seafood. The offering is intended to move seamlessly from laid-back lunches to more elevated evening dining.

At the centre of the space will be a lively bar with counter seating, serving signature martini-led cocktails alongside a Mediterranean-focused wine list. Interiors, designed by Marta Gaset Studio, will balance British heritage with contemporary touches, combining open fireplaces, curated artwork and tapestries with marble accents and clean, modern lines.

For founder Saachi Sehgal, whose family owns The Leonard Hotel next door, Mour is rooted in personal history and hospitality. Named as a subtle nod to Seymour Street, the restaurant aims to celebrate “the more in life”; longer lunches, another bottle of wine and conversations that stretch long into the evening.

With its all-day approach and transportive courtyard setting, Mour looks set to become one of Marylebone’s most exciting openings of the summer.

Address: Mour, 13 Seymour Street, W1H 5BT
