Alley Cats Pizza, the artisan NYC-style pizzeria, has teamed up with world-renowned mixologist Giorgio Bargiani of The Connaught to unveil a bold new creation—the Gin Martini Sauce Pizza! This exclusive, limited-edition dish puts a gin-infused spin on the classic vodka sauce pizza.

Available for one month only from February 25th at Alley Cats' Marylebone and Chelsea locations, this unique pizza features a creamy tomato base infused with Ford’s Gin and extra dry vermouth, topped with fior di latte mozzarella, fresh basil, and fiery Calabrian chilies, all on their signature crispy crust.

For an added kick, pair it with the Negroni Dip, made with honey-pickled jalapeños for a bold, bittersweet contrast. Created by Head Chef Francesco Macrì and Bargiani, this fusion of mixology and New York-style pizza is a must-try for adventurous food lovers!
