Where to eat in London for Veganuary 2024

A meat free January in London is easy with all the incredible options available. You will find a plethora of vegan restaurants and new plant-based menu collaborations attracting praise from vegans and meat eaters alike. We have listed our top picks from the big smoke.

Bonfire

Burger-maestros, Bonfire, will be serving up its Beetroot Burger – a beetroot patty topped with lettuce, pickles, red onions and tomato chutney, sandwiched in a vegan bun. For the ultimate feast add these two epic sides to your order: Cauliflower wings and Cajun fries.

Heritage Dulwich

Heritage Dulwich will be serving up vibrant plant-based dishes with interesting flavour combinations. The menu features Chukandar ka Salad – baby beetroot with assorted oranges and quinoa drizzled with honey and ginger dressing (£7.25); and Baingan Kolhapuri – roasted Aubergine served with spiced kolhapuri masala (£13.75). Modern kebab house Le Bab has teamed up peanut butter brand ManiLife to create a showstopping three-course vegan menu. The menu includes roasted tender-stem broccoli florets dressed with chilli flakes & peanut butter tahini, peanut butter satay aubergine pitta and a chocolate brownie dipped in peanut butter & coconut cream.
