Wagamama’s new summer menu is here

This season Wagamama are mixing things up with exciting new dishes that are all about taste, fresh ingredients, and customisable dishes – so whether you’re after something light and healthy or just want great value, there’s something for everyone.

Their summery pho noodle soup is light and packed with flavour thanks to a clear yuzu broth and konjac noodles (they’re high in fibre and low in calories – win-win). You can choose your protein – juicy chicken thigh, flaky hoki fish, or meaty king oyster mushrooms – and it’s all topped with herbs, red pepper, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime. Fresh salads are also on the menu, try the sweet chilli salad with caramelised chicken or tofu, or a pad thai salad inspired by Wagamama’s teppanyaki favourites.

For those who like to customise their dishes, the new build-your-own donburi bowls are for you. Pick your protein, pile on the veggies, double up if you’re feeling extra hungry, and top it off just how you like. There’s even a cauliflower ‘rice’ option if you want to keep things light.

And yes, dessert and drinks got a glow-up too, cool down with new booze-free drinks like the spicy saffron picante, strawberry spritz, or a punchy kickstart juice. Then treat yourself to the miso caramel banana bread – served warm with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce. Sweet, salty, and totally addictive.
