Canadian Whisky brand J.P. Wiser’s has unveiled a striking new look for its 10 Year Old Triple Barrel expression

Just in time for the festive season, Canadian whisky brand J.P. Wiser’s has unveiled a striking new look for its 10 Year Old Triple Barrel expression, making it an ideal Christmas gift for whisky lovers. Wrapped in a bold red design that nods to the brand’s rich Canadian heritage, the refreshed bottle is designed to stand out under the Christmas tree and on the festive drinks trolley alike.

With more than 165 years of distilling excellence, J.P. Wiser’s has earned its place as one of Canada’s most respected whisky brands, built on a legacy of quality, craftsmanship and innovation. This latest release reflects the brand’s ambition to introduce British drinkers to the depth and character of premium Canadian whisky.

Crafted using the traditional Canadian method of distilling each grain separately and blending the liquid after ageing, This release is made from a combination of corn and rye. It is then aged for a minimum of 10 years in three cask types for extra complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky with notes of vanilla, dried fruits, green apple, rye bread, toffee and allspice.

Perfect for sipping neat by the fire or mixing into classic Christmas serves such as an Old Fashioned or a refreshing whisky and soda. J.P. Wiser’s 10 Year Old Triple Barrel is a standout choice for the holiday season.

This December, Uncommon, London-based flexible workspaces has partnered up with Sapling Sprits to offer an eco-friendly cocktail-making masterclass using Sapling’s own vodka. The class will take place in Uncommon’s stunning Liverpool Street location and will teach you how to make two cocktails that are perfect for the holiday season – an Espresso Martini and a Sapling Surprise.

Sapling vodka is the brainchild of Ed Faulkner and Ivo Devereux, who in 2018 decided to create a drink that served a purpose. Crafted using local London ingredients to reduce transport emissions, the smooth, quadruple distilled liquor is made using 100% British wheat. In addition to crafting a sustainable product, the duo is on a mission to be a fully climate-positive brand. For every bottle of Sapling purchased, the company pledges to plant a tree within the UK. Each bottle has its own unique code which also allows you to track where your tree was planted. Have a drink, plant a tree!

Upon arrival enjoy a welcome tipple of their newest liquor, London Dry Gin, which won’t be released until January. You’ll be spending the evening in Uncommon’s wellness-forward space where every detail is purposefully designed to create a healthier workspace for both the mind and body. The workspace is filled with calming greenery, ergonomic furniture that is equally beautiful and functional, and a fabulous rooftop where you can enjoy your handmade cocktail with views of the London skyline. In addition to learning how to make delectable cocktails, each attendee will receive a goody bag to take home including a mini bottle of Sapling’s vodka and a packet of seeds to plant at home.

Date: December 15, 6:00-8:00pm

Purchase a ticket for £18 on eventbrite
