From November 28th and running until mid-January, Australia’s most successful Christmas musical, A Very Naughty Christmas, will be hitting the London stage. The show has achieved cult status in Oz and is set to do the same here, with a lineup of hilarious skits and stand-ups, parodied songs, dancing, singing, burlesque and a whole bunch of silliness that you will have you belly-laughing your way into the festive season and beyond.
Produced by Australian outfit Woodward Productions (The Woman In Black, Jersey Boys) and exec produced by London’s Glass Half Full Productions (9 to 5: The Musical, Back to the Future: The Musical). The show features a live band and a cast of 8 actors, including Australia’s original “Bad Santa” – the actor Stephen Hirst.
The show is full of cheeky, mischievous and very naughty humour from the start. Not for anyone who offends easily, the show is strictly for over 18s, but for those who like a bit of ‘sauce in their stocking’ this is what sell-out reviews have been saying across Australia for the past seven years:
