Ingredients:

50ml Vapoura Gold

10ml vanilla syrup

20ml fresh lime

15ml float mulled wine liqueur

Garnish orange peel and blackberries

Method:

Add all ingredients (minus cordial) to a rocks glass

Add crushed ice and churn until ingredients are combined

Add more crushed ice, float the cordial on top, and garnish

English Frost Egg Nog

Ingredients:

50ml Vapoura Spiced

75ml whole milk/Oatly Barista Edition

10ml vanilla syrup

10ml Pedro Ximénez

1 egg yolk

1 cardamom pod

2 dash saline solution

Garnish grated nutmeg

Method:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard

Double strain into a handled mug and garnish

Serve in a large coupette or glass mug
