London’s dining scene is set for a striking new addition as Bread Street Kitchen & Bar prepares to open its doors on the 59th floor of 22 Bishopsgate this May. With reservations now live ahead of its 6th May launch, the opening marks a major milestone for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global as it celebrates its 100th restaurant worldwide.

Perched at the top of the City’s tallest building, the new Bread Street Kitchen & Bar promises a truly elevated experience, both in setting and ambition. Building on the success of Lucky Cat, which opened in the same building last year, this latest venture reinforces the group’s growing presence at the pinnacle of London dining. The journey to opening has even been captured in the recent Netflix docuseries Being Gordon Ramsay, offering a glimpse behind the scenes of one of the capital’s most anticipated launches.

Celebrating 15 years of the Bread Street Kitchen & Bar brand, this flagship location represents its most refined iteration yet. Under the direction of Executive Head Chef Kamarl Rees John, the restaurant will offer an all-day dining experience designed to move seamlessly from early morning meetings to late-night celebrations.

Breakfast begins at 6.30am on weekdays, with dishes such as Lobster Benedict and indulgent hot cakes, before transitioning into a menu of over 35 dishes spanning lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Highlights include Galician T-bone steak and Meyer lemon cheesecake, alongside a newly introduced tasting menu offering a curated five-course journey through the kitchen’s creativity. Beyond the dining room, a dedicated sports bar with a 24-hour licence will cater to global fans, while DJ sets and live music round out the week. With panoramic views across London and a dynamic, all-day energy, this opening signal a bold new chapter for the brand.
