Boxcar Bread & Wine is open in Connaught Village

Boxcar Bread & Wine recently opened in Connaught Village, bringing fresh pastries, seasonal lunches, and hand-roasted coffee. Look out for the buttery matcha croissants and the rich flaky pain au chocolat, we’ve heard good things…

In the evenings guests will be welcomed into a cosy restaurant and wine bar. Designed as a lively neighbourhood spot, the place is filled with natural light thanks to its big wrap-around windows, showing off its earthy colours, warm timber accents, and rich plaster textures.

The vibe is welcoming, and is the ideal spot for a relaxed go-to, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Head Chef Zisis Gkalmpenis is behind both the day and evening menus, blending local and global flavours with the best British meats and seasonal produce.

Address: 30 Kendal Street, London, W2 2AW
