ARK Living has opened ARK Shoreditch this month a 194-room co-living property on Hackney Road, welcoming both short and long-stay residents to one of East London's most creative neighbourhoods. The six-floor building sits within easy reach of Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, London Fields and Victoria Park, with transport links via Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green stations.
Stays run from a single night up to 12 months, with all-inclusive pricing covering rent, utilities, council tax, Wi-Fi and cleaning; rooms start from £1,799 per month on a 12-month agreement. The property offers four studio categories alongside shared spaces including communal kitchens, an internal garden, a cinema, karaoke rooms, a gym, a yoga studio and a playroom, plus a year-round calendar of community events. Shoreditch also marks ARK Living's first dedicated short-stay concept, with hotel-style rooms designed without kitchenettes to encourage residents to use the shared kitchens instead.

Owned and operated by Crosstree Real Estate under Managing Director Robert Alam, ARK Shoreditch is ARK Living's third London location, joining existing sites in Canary Wharf and Wembley, with a student accommodation scheme planned for Canning Town. Founded in 2022 and rebranded in 2025, ARK Living positions itself around five pillars - welcoming, personal, connected, creative and dependable, with over 800 community events run annually across its properties.
