Al fresco dining with new spring menus

Spring is officially here, the clocks have turned in our favour, the days are brighter and we are being gifted occasional warm days to start enjoying the outdoors again.

Move over warm winter comfort food, it’s time to make room for fresh new spring menus, floral installations, and alfresco dining!

Balthazar

Balthazar has launched their spring campaign, Le Printemps’ with a new spring menu, a fanciful French Monet-inspired floral installation, a pop-up flower shop, and spring specials created in collaboration with Grey Goose Vodka and Fever tree.

The menu includes French brasserie classics such as their signature fruits de mer which is prepared with passion and savoir-faire. Wash down your meal with a glass or two of Ice cold Rose as you marvel over the surroundings of yellow and lilac wisteria.

On selected dates throughout April, guests will be able to enjoy live Parisian jazz performances whilst indulging in their culinary delights.
