London is getting ready to sparkle this festive season, and Fitzrovia Quarter is adding something special to the Christmas landscape. From 12 November, a giant illuminated red heart by British contemporary artist Claire Luxton will float above Little Portland Street, bringing a little romance, warmth and unexpected magic to the West End.
