Pasta Academy rises to the top with Rodda’s x Pasta Evangelists creamy dreamy “Taste of

If you’re looking for some food inspo. this October get yourself down to The Pasta Academy for an exclusive Masterclass experience to try new dishes given a rich and delicious twist with Rodda’s Clotted Cream and the Pasta Evangelists.

Normally well-known as part of a traditional Cornish Afternoon tea, find out why Rodda’s Clotted Cream is the perfect luxe addition to your pasta prep. You’ll be inspired by chef Roberta D’Elia, Head Chef at Pasta Evangelists for a “Taste of Cornwall”  cooking up Cornish Crab, Lemon and Roddas’ clotted cream ravioli finished with herb butter, or for vegetarians Zucca, Parmesan and Rodda’s cream ravioli being served.

The evening includes an aperitivo on arrival, a lesson on how to make fresh pasta from scratch with Chef Roberta, unlimited Prosecco, the chance to try your pasta and a Rodda’s goodie bag.

Dates:12th October and 26th October and the demo runs from 6.30pm until 9pm. Mama Mia!
