Pahli Hill has partnered with The Macallan whisky brand to run a six-course tasting menu on 20th November

There is a new exciting partnership in town, between Pahli Hill and The Macallan. The high-end Indian restaurant in Fitzrovia has teamed up with The Macallan whisky brand to celebrate The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak.

Head Chef Avi Shashidhara designed an exclusive tasting menu, only available on Wednesday 20th November. Dinner will consist of 6 courses, each paired with a dram of whiskey, as well as a cocktail on arrival. You will experience amazing Scottish produce, including mushrooms, scallops from Orkney and crab from Inverness; prepared in Pahli Hill’s usual style of regional Indian cooking and European techniques. Venison, a staple of Scottish cuisine, will also be on the menu.

The rich and flavorful cuisine of Head Chef Avi Shashidhara will be wonderfully complemented by Macallan’s premium whisky.

Tickets cost £70 per person, which includes six courses, a cocktail on arrival and drinks pairings. Timings to book are from 5pm – 9:30pm for 20th November.
