Marugame Udon opens its new branch in Oxford Circus on 2nd October

Marugame Udon is thriving across London with its latest opening announcement of their flagship branch in Argyll Street on 2nd October. This restaurant will be the sixth opening as they made their debut last year with their flagship in Liverpool Street, followed by four successful openings, The O2, Canary Wharf, St Christopher’s Place and Brent Cross.

Marugame Udon’s newest launch is situated in London’s central shopping destination – Oxford Circus – to give Londoners and visitors to the city a taste of Japan’s favourite hand-made udon. The site will feature 125 covers, including new click-and-collect kiosks for those who would like to enjoy their udon on the go. Positioned next door to the London Palladium the restaurant is set over two floors, as Marugame’s largest London site yet.

Diners can expect to be greeted with the open-style kitchen where they will be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the udon kitchen. Step inside and choose your udon bowl over the counter, opt for the traditional Kama Age (£3.45), the most traditional and purest way to eat udon or customer favourite Chicken Katsu Curry Udon (from £6.95). Jazz it up with tempura and omusubi sides then head to the ‘build your own’ condiment station with fresh chillies, ginger, and Japanese sauces to personalise your meal.

Discover delicious, authentic Japanese udon this year. That’s the Marugame way.

Address: 1-4 Argyll St, London, W1F 7TA Website: https://marugame.co.uk
