Loving Kindness Workshop at East of Eden – 11th February

Taking place this Saturday 11th February from 2.30pm – 4.30pm, Walthamstow studio East of Eden are hosting a beautiful workshop to encourage love and kindness to oneself and others. Inspired by the notion that – ‘Love is for all Beings, not just for Valentines’. The workshop is available for anyone who believes in love, regardless of relationship status.

Making the session more accessible, this workshop is available in the studio and also online. Set to encourage attendees to make a commitment to develop understanding, kindness and compassion towards all beings, starting from within, the 2-hour session will be led by teacher James Cassidy, harnessing yin yoga, meditation and guided mantra chanting. Throughout the afternoon, James will look to assist attendees in fostering love for family and friends, animals, nature, universal love and of course, love for oneself.

Date: Saturday 11th February from 2.30pm – 4.30pm

Price: £15, to book your ticket visit: https://eastofeden.uk/workshops-and-courses
