Lobster Sundays with St~GERMAIN at Seabird, Hoxton

Sunday dining has gotten a lot more exciting with the news of rooftop restaurant - Seabird who have launched ‘Lobster Sundays’. Where you can indulge in lavish lobster sharing dishes paired with bespoke drinks from St~Germain elderflower liqueur.


Seabird and ST~GERMAIN have come together to design a refreshing cocktail lineup to perfectly match the dishes.



Drinks include:

  • Hugo Spritz with ST~GERMAIN elderflower liqueur,

  • Festive Spritz with ST~GERMAIN, sparkling rosé wine and

  • Margarita with ST~GERMAIN, Patron Silver tequila and fresh lime


While dining at Seabird you will also be able to enjoy the rooftop city views and if you book on the first Sunday of November, you will be treated to live music. What more could you ask for?

 

Highlights from the all-new Lobster Sunday include:

 

  • Lobster Tartare with white chicory, spicy avocado puree and smoked chilli

  • Lobster Mini Rolls with Iberico, truffle Manchego and pickled guindilla

  • Lobster Croqueta with lobster bisque aioli and pickle chilli

  • Lobster Tortilla with lobster salsa

  • Crema de Mariscos with smoked pulled lobster meat, bisque, toasted chilli and sourdough.

  • Whole Lobster Roll

 

Too many amazing dishes to choose from? Why not go all in with the whole menu for £49 per person.

 

Lobster Sundays at Seabird will take place every Sunday from 6th October – 24th November. Booking is essential.
