LEON’s January specials

LEON’s January specials is all about getting back to what they do best: bold, seasonal flavours made with carefully sourced, natural ingredients. Think much-loved favourites, thoughtfully improved, alongside exciting new dishes worth getting stuck into.

The Salmon Smörgås-Box

A LEON take on a Scandinavian classic is served with two poached eggs, smashed avocado, and fresh spinach, and finished with extra virgin olive oil and seven-seed mix. The star? PGI-status London Cure Smoked Salmon, the only smoked salmon in the world with protected designation. Smoked in East London by the world’s oldest smoked salmon producer, using whole oak logs for a cleaner, more sustainable smoke.

Banana & Turmeric Honey Granola

A vibrant, anti-inflammatory, gluten-free pot layered with turmeric, honey, sliced banana, nutty granola and probiotic yoghurt, finished with bee pollen. Every ingredient chosen for both flavour and function.

Lentil Masala

Back and better than ever. This comforting vegan classic has been refreshed with a chef’s touch: rich lentils and coconut gently spiced with cumin, ginger and mustard seeds, served with nourishing brown rice.

Morello Cherry Iced Matcha Latte

Ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha meets vibrant Morello cherry coulis and your milk of choice (oat, coconut, soy or dairy). served over ice.

A celebration of LEON classics, reimagined for today, and a renewed love for naturally fast food. The new menu is out now, making lunchtimes so much more exciting!
