Gymbox Launches New Fitness Facility in Finsbury Park
Fitness brand Gymbox is set to open its largest and most ambitious facility yet in North London on 16th June 2025. Located at Unit 4, City North, Finsbury Park, the 22,000-square-foot gym marks a first for the capital—a dedicated recovery-focused gym blending high-performance training with cutting-edge wellness technologies. The new site aims to redefine how Londoners approach to fitness, by integrating recovery as a core part of their regimen.
The Finsbury Park location boasts a suite of advanced recovery therapies designed to accelerate healing and enhance performance. Members can utilise infrared sauna therapy for deep muscle relaxation, red light treatments to promote cellular repair, and ice-cold water plunges to reduce inflammation. Additionally, Recovery Zones powered by Hyperice offer access to elite recovery tools typically reserved for professional athletes. The gym also introduces one of the UK's first reformer Pilates studios powered by Pilat3s, adding to its comprehensive wellness offering.
While recovery is the headline focus, the new Gymbox continues the brand’s commitment to high-level training. The facility features Olympic lifting platforms, free weights, squat racks, and Hammer Strength equipment in its Strength & Conditioning areas. Cardio enthusiasts will find top-tier machines with integrated Netflix, YouTube, and smartwatch syncing, while HIIT fans can make use of a dedicated Hybrid Training zone.
With resident DJs, social lounges, complimentary coffee, and InBody body composition scanning, the space combines performance, recovery, and community.
Address: Unit 4, City North, Finsbury Park, N4 3HN
