Crust Bros go large in Covent Garden

Award-winning pizza legends Crust Bros have brought their iconic Neapolitan-style pizzas to the heart of the West End with their biggest opening to date. This month saw the opening of the new restaurant on Bedford Street, in Covent Garden. The two-floor, 135-cover restaurant promises pizza perfection with their signature charred “leopard print” crusts, fully customisable pizzas, and a no-pineapple policy.

Expect more than just pizza. New to the Covent Garden menu are Crust Bros’ savoury bombas — a playful twist on Italian doughnuts. The must-try Lasagna Bomba is stuffed with slow-cooked ragu, parmesan, béchamel, and a deep-fried lasagna sheet.

Sweet-toothed diners can finish with Nutella or dulce de leche bombas, tiramisu, or small-batch gelato from local favourite La Gelateria.

The drinks menu is just as creative, featuring Crust Bros’ bold takes on Italian classics — including a Coffee Negroni and a Negroni Espresso Martini. With fresh dough made daily on site and cooked at 450°C, this new opening is set to be a fiery summer hit.

Address: 29 Bedford Street, London, WC2E 8JF
