Crazy Goose has launched a limited-run sharing menu for OctoberBEST
Part of the renowned and much-loved independent Brighton born Black Rock restaurant group, Crazy Goose is now relaunching on Boyce Street and the new spot is all about sharing; Chicken to be exact. A menu built around The Charcoal Chicken Rotisserie Chicken, and we’re here for it!
October is the month to sample the October BEST Brighton has to offer with the “Birds & Bubbles” menu. A limited edition sharing menu running Monday to Friday, 12-25 October between 12pm – 5pm. Priced at £30 per person for a minimum of two guests, the feast opens with seasonal house pickles, flatbread with sesame brown butter and black chickpea hummus with caramelised miso onions and coconut yoghurt.
At the centre of the table is a whole Crazy Chicken with burnt guindillas, padrónpeppers and garlic toum, served alongside crispy fried potatoes with aji verde, charred hispi cabbage with sesame butter and pistachio dukkah, and an autumn tomato salad with chilli crunch and mint. Blackberry, bay leaf and crushed meringue soft serve finishes.
On Sunday there is the traditional roast you’d expect with the addition of Vegan Roast Cauliflower Steak and a kid’s roast, where do I sign up!
Address: 8 Boyce’s Street, Brighton, BN1 1AN
