Covent Garden's Summer Street Party Returns this Summer on Saturday 25 July

Covent Garden's Summer Street Party Returns this Summer on Saturday 25 July

For one day only, Seven Dials will shut out the traffic and be open to everyone else. All eight streets around the Seven Dials Monument go car-free as Covent Garden brings back its Summer Street Party, turning the neighbourhood into an open-air celebration of shopping, food and drink, and summer fun.

Expect discounts of up to 50% at brands including GANNI, Kiehl's, KIKO Milano, Moleskine, Penhaligon's and Peloton Studios London, plus complimentary gifts and services at CODE 8, DECIEM, GUERLAIN, Missoma, Nespresso, Saint + Sofia, Strathberry and Sunspel.

Al fresco dining deals run across the neighbourhood, from Brasserie Max at the Covent Garden Hotel to Cô Thành, Flesh & Buns, EL&N Deli & Bakery and Harry's. Pop-up bars from Sarti, Seven Dials Market and the Thirsty Farrier will keep the drinks flowing, alongside a dedicated Summer Street Party Bar mixing seasonal cocktails such as the Monmouth Margarita and Seven Dials Spritz.

Look out for activations from AWAY, ELEMIS, Kiehl's, Missoma, Mulberry and Mr Twist ice cream, plus beauty extras including engraving, personalisation and skin consultations. BODYROK brings its live DJ Pilates classes to the street, with complimentary refreshments for participants afterwards.

Meanwhile in the Market Building, Pauline Loctin's aerial installation A Century of Becoming marks 100 years of The Royal Ballet School, 25 hand-folded paper sculptures suspended along the Central Avenue, running until September.

This is  rare chance to see Seven Dials entirely on foot, with the shopping, dining and drinks offers only available for the one day. Combined with the ongoing summer installation, it makes for a full day out in the West End. No cars, no cabs, no pedicabs, no pollution - wear trainers!
