Canary Wharf has launched a conscious cuisine initiative to tackle food waste

This month Canary Wharf has launched eco-dining initiative Conscious Cuisine, a unique project in collaboration with a number of restaurants in Canary Wharf, offering innovative new dishes made from food that would otherwise have gone to waste.

Restaurants taking place include Hawksmoor, Humble Grape, Gaucho, Caravan and Pergola, you can visit them this month to early August to try out the new dishes and drinks added to their menu, that are made from otherwise wasted food to carbon-neutral plates and thoughtfully mixed cocktails, lets not forget how delicious they are as well!

New sustainable dishes

Humble Grape  New sustainable dishes include Root Vegetable Bhaji with Herb Sauce, Pork Croquette and Tomato Aioli and Tempura Cod Tongue with Cauliflower Leaf Kimchi.

Caravan  New sustainable dish includes Cauliflower and Shiitake Potstickers.
