Bureau opens in North Greenwich
From the Kinto coffee cups to the post-pandemic decor, finishes and feels have been greatly considered at Bureau; Grenwich’s newest members club and coworking space. If you’re in the music, marketing, visual arts, gaming, fashion and UX design space, you’ve just found your new home.
Less a coworking space and more an ecosystem, the multiple buildings surrounding Bureau in the Design District are deliberately placed to foster creativity and ‘moments’ more akin to a festival than a business district. Designed by Roz Barr Architects, Bureau is a minimalist’s paradise. Everything is refined down, functional and focused from the Marmoleum lino to the felt panels in the blood-red lounge; Bureau exudes no bluster or frivolous design.
The external Canteen ‘Cloud’ is perfect for trying new flavours and relaxing, but equally, stay in Bureau and sample Chef Cerri Tinkler menu, which changes daily. A stunningly high-ceilinged cafe and bar space at the front of the building. Grab and go or stay and have a relaxing lunch full of light and chance encounters. Bureau has plug points everywhere, so you’ll never be without charge.
Spread over four floors and two buildings, members can mingle, host events, hold meetings and generally enjoy the high ceilings and lush surroundings. The wifi is blazing fast, and you’ll have everything you need to be productive and creative. Bureau also boasts dedicated photographic studios and post-production facilities.
Bureau is carefully shaping a community of members looking for events, opportunities and space to be creative. The club already boasts top-tier members from Architects to Curators, Marketing Consultants to emerging and established artists.
Prices start at £80 per month to access the lounge and cafe area. Alternatively, hotdesk for £125 a month or grab a desk just for you at £230.
