Aperol & Sky Garden join forces for the ultimate Dolce Vita rooftop party

This summer, Londoners can swap crowded beer gardens for sky-high cocktails as Aperol brings a vibrant Italian-inspired takeover to the iconic Sky Garden terrace. Perched above the City with panoramic skyline views, the capital’s highest public garden is embracing the spirit of la dolce vita with a season-long Aperol residency packed with spritz cocktails, sunset parties and live music events.

Promising feel-good summer energy, flowing spritzes and live performances from ALR Music. Designed for after-work drinks that naturally turn into late-night socials, the terrace is expected to become one of London’s go-to summer hotspots.

The Drinks Menu

At the heart of the takeover is, of course, the classic Aperol Spritz, but there’s plenty more on offer for cocktail lovers. Guests can also sip on Campari Spritz, the fruity Sarti Spritz, the refreshing Hugo Spritz and the alcohol-free Crodino Spritz.

For groups looking to make a night of it, the Aperol Spritz Sharing Tree (£48) adds a fun centrepiece to the table, serving four cocktails on a striking tiered stand that’s made for summer socials and Instagram moments alike.

Mediterranean-inspired sharing plates

The drinks are paired with a menu of Mediterranean-inspired small plates and sharing dishes. Highlights include sweet chilli-glazed chicken wings, buffalo cauliflower wings and the indulgent Sky Garden Platter.

Perfect for sharing, the platter includes glazed pork belly, crispy corn dogs topped with Marie Rose sauce, torpedo prawns, cauliflower wings and heritage potato bites, ideal fuel for an evening of cocktails and dancing above the city.

Live music all summer long

Alongside the terrace takeover, Sky Garden will host eight exclusive music nights in collaboration with Aperol throughout the summer season.

The programme includes three additional Ultimate Summer Party events with ALR Music, alongside four La Dolce Vita Nights featuring live vocals from the Angela Quartet and a soundtrack of classic pop favourites inspired by Mediterranean party culture. Tickets for all music nights are priced at £20 and include a welcome Aperol Spritz on arrival.
