The Zen Project: 12 days of free wellbeing in Kings Cross from 6th – 17th March

January dragged on forever and February has been the gloomiest month – why not brighten your spirits by making a date with the Zen Project this March? According to recent findings from Alzheimer’s UK, 98% of British people need to take care of their brains, while research by Mind shows that 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem each year in England.

The Zen Project has teamed up with Kings Cross to offer wellbeing sessions, and support for your mental health – culminating in a “Zen Den” for people to visit and enjoy between 6th – 17th March in Lewis Cubitt Square in King’s Cross.

Expect 11-minute Zen Sessions throughout the day every half an hour, with two 45-minute booster sessions – one in your lunch break and a post-work session perhaps? Sessions are based on ancient techniques, which include meditations, sound baths, mindfulness and breath work.

And it’s all free. Head to the Zen Den website to find out more – www.kingscross.co.uk/event/the-zen-den
