The Jones Family kitchen – Breakfast Review

The Jones Family Kitchen in Belgravia is a hidden gem, snuggled within Belgravia’s Eccleston Yards. They are renowned for their steaks, however, they also have an enticing breakfast menu, which we were excited to try out. Emulating a modern steakhouse vibe, the attention to detail creates a very warm welcome. With additional outdoor seating, perfect for sunny days and warm evenings.

After we received our coconut lattes, we eagerly awaited our orders. We chose French toast with brioche and maple syrup, with a sprinkling of icing sugar. I opted for the fruit compote with crème fraîche. The second sweet treat we tried was the pancakes. Again with maple syrup and icing sugar but with added bananas and crème fraîche. Both were extremely mouthwatering. Wanting to try something savoury, we ordered the avocado toast. Smashed avocado with sun-dried tomato on sourdough, which was simply divine.

Their quirky menus mimicking a 1950’s vibe, along with their bathroom doors stating Mr Jones and Mrs Jones, did not go un-noticed, we loved theses small touches, adding a little extra excitement to our dining experience. Although The Jones Family Kitchen is renowned for its steaks, we highly recommend the breakfast menu, they offer a great selection of mouth-watering dishes and throughout the year, Eccleston Yards plays host to seasonal events, so keep your eyes peeled.

The breakfast menu is available Tuesday – Saturday.

Address: 7-8 Eccleston Yards Belgravia, London, SW1W 9AZ.
