The Ivy Asia Celebrates the Year of the Tiger

Strength, braveness, courage, adventure! After the past couple of years we’ve had these are all traits we want to adopt and live by in 2022. Well it just so happens that we have entered the Chinese year of the tiger, which zodiacs associate all of these qualities with, along with some much-needed health, luck and prosperity.

Tiger Bite

In celebration of the Chinese astrology sign, The Ivy Asia, St. Pauls will be running a show-stopping cocktail menu from Tuesday 1st February to Tuesday 15th March. Guests can expect a series of limited-edition cocktails inspired by the most majestic and powerful of all beasts.

Drinks include:

King of the Mountain (£13.50) made from Wyborowa Vodka, Akashi-Tai Umeshu Plum Sake, raspberries and lime juice

Tigers Bite (£13.25) which features Grey Goose Vanilla Vodka, honey, elderflower and lime juice, garnished with red chillies

Lunar Harmony (£16.75) which is made from Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky, Cocchi di Torino Vermouth, Mancino Cherry Blossom Vermouth, Campari and chocolate bitters.

However you plan to continue this year, start it with the strength of the Tiger (and a few delicious drinks, obvs).
