Kick start your day with Sunrise Sessions — a revitalising morning wellness rave and wellbeing experience, taking place on a stunning rooftop venue on London’s South Bank. Thoughtfully curated by Holland & Barrett.
Hosted by Presenter Will Gamble and iconic broadcaster and DJ Sara Cox, you will begin your morning with an energising live DJ set from Sara Cox to elevate your spirit, followed by an immersive wellbeing session designed to align your body and mind. Which includes pilates, energising breathwork and a mind-channelling moment to help reset your focus for the day ahead.
Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing breakfast designed to fuel you and settle in for an inspiring live panel discussion with Dr Hazel Wallace and the Holland & Barrett expert team. Together, they’ll explore the powerful connection between energy, movement, and mood — sharing insights to support your everyday wellness.
