Slow Down with a Sound Bath and Pilates at Tewinbury Farm, Hertfordshire on 14th September

Tewinbury Farm and Movement Studio 281 invite you into a world of calm with a restorative late-summer morning in the Hertfordshire countryside.

Set on Tewinbury’s stunning 700-acre working farm, this gentle, nature-led experience begins with an open-air Pilates session surrounded by fields and sky. Led by Studio 281’s experienced and welcoming instructors, the class blends strength, mobility and body awareness into a mindful practice that’s suitable for everybody – whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced.

At midday, the pace slows further with a calming gong sound bath. This immersive experience is designed to deeply relax both body and mind.

Afterwards, once nicely resting on cloud 9, the group will gather for conversations and a freshly prepared roots-inspired seasonal lunch, made with ingredients grown on the farm.

Just 30 minutes from London by train, this restorative event is a chance to press pause, move gently, connect with nature (and yourself) in a truly beautiful setting.

Event Date: 11am Sunday on 14th September 2025
