Sip N Tell - an artisan cocktail bar from the creators of Cottons

The iconic Caribbean dining hotspot, Cottons, proudly announces its newest venture, Sip N Tell, set to open in July in Old Street. This innovative cocktail bar, occupying the former Frog by AH coffee shop, promises to redefine the tiki bar experience with a sophisticated twist, offering classic cocktails infused with unusual flavours and ingredients.

Sip N Tell aims to bridge the gap between a pre-dinner drink destination and a vibrant cocktail bar, providing an escape from the mundane and an invitation to indulge in curiosity and fun. This new establishment is the brainchild of Nico Beradi, Head of Bars at Cottons, and Michael Hilton, a seasoned hospitality expert with a rich background from renowned establishments such as Calloh Callay and Murder Inc. Their combined expertise guarantees a progressive drinks menu that will take guests on a journey of discovery.

The menu at Sip N Tell celebrates homegrown brands and local spirits, featuring Hoxton Gin and a carefully curated selection of English sparkling wines. The focus on locally sourced ingredients, expertly extracted and combined with innovative techniques, results in unique flavour combinations, and clarified cocktails.

Sip N Tell brings the authentic fun of Cottons to the world of cocktails, making it a welcome addition to the East London drink scene. Join them next month as they open their doors and invite you to explore a world of innovative cocktails and vibrant flavours.
