This summer, a hidden gem in West London is becoming a sanctuary for creative wellness. Glasshouse Rituals at The Orangery, set in the stunning Victorian glasshouse of Gunnersbury Park, offers a unique opportunity to recharge, move, and reconnect with nature.
Curated by Cassie Awar, a Lululemon ambassador and founder of the creative wellbeing brand, Pop Up Yoga Club. This three-month series blends movement, seasonal rhythm, and soulful sound in one of London’s most beautiful botanical spaces.
Running until the end of August, all sessions are suitable for beginners through to experienced practitioners.
The programme includes:

Sunday Morning Soul Stretch & Golden Hour Slow Flow - Weekend and evening classes designed to restore and release.
Sound Bath - Crystal bowls and ambient frequencies for deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
Mama Move + Connect - Gentle postnatal movement with coffee and conversation for new mums
