Morning Yoga at Sky Garden

Sky Garden is relaunching its epic series of Morning Yoga classes with TruBe. Launching on 5th April and running throughout the summer, the schedule has now grown to include classes six days a week.

Set sky-high, 36 stories above the city, attendees will get their yoga on amongst luscious tropical greenery. Lasting for 1 hour and open to yogis of all abilities, choose from a weekday session from 7am – 8am Tuesday to Friday (£20pp), or for a more leisurely start, join a weekend yoga class from 9am – 10am (£25pp). There will be a focus on the breath, accompanying a range of flowing postures designed to make you feel energised and rejuvenated, transporting your body and mind to a place of strength.

Those rushing to the office can refuel straight after the session with a pastry and coffee at Sky Pod Bar or come the weekend, linger a little longer and explore the beautifully landscaped gardens, followed by breakfast in Darwin Brasserie with a menu including options such as vegan coconut quinoa porridge with Manuka honey and London cure smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on Nordic rye bread.

Address: Sky Garden, 1 Sky Garden Walk, London, EC3M 8AF
