Clapham High Street has a new all-day Riviera-inspired address this summer as Mimosa opens across multiple floors at number 64, bringing together cocktails, sharing plates and a rooftop garden from a team with over a decade of hospitality experience.
The food offering comes from Michelin-trained chef Hermann Eric Allangba, with a menu of elevated sharing plates built for the venue's social atmosphere. Expect dishes like miso glazed salmon flame-finished for a caramelised edge, crispy Korean BBQ pork belly bites with Asian slaw, and pulled pork croquettes with Coca-Cola and apple foam, alongside king prawn bruschetta and corn-fed chicken ballotine with wild mushroom and aged parmesan tagliatelle. De-licious.

At the bar, the cocktail list moves between bright, refreshing serves and richer signature options. Highlights include the Hibiscus Sour, made with pisco, hibiscus, cardamom and Aperol, and The Hot & Smoky, combining mezcal, sweet vermouth, spicy honey and chocolate bitters. All syrups and cordials are made in-house, and a dedicated zero-proof section rounds out the menu.
The space itself, designed by Big Kahuna Studios, spans a central bar and booth seating on the main floor, a Gallery VIP mezzanine, a lower-ground Hideaway Bar and Lounge, and a rooftop garden with a retractable roof suited to year-round use. A weekend brunch offering will follow from 1 August.
