Marylebone Village is turning its attention to health and wellbeing this September with the launch of its first-ever Wellness Weekender, a five-day programme bringing together leading names in nutrition, fitness, beauty, recovery and holistic health. Taking place from Wednesday 23 to Sunday 27 September, businesses across the neighbourhood will host talks, workshops, fitness sessions and in-store experiences alongside special menus, treatments and offers.

At the heart of the Weekender are two panel discussions exploring some of the biggest topics in contemporary wellness. The festival opens on Wednesday 23 September with a Metabolism Masterclass at The Chapel by Elmtree on Welbeck Street. Chaired by FT HTSI investigative wellness journalist Rebecca Newman, the panel will explore metabolic health and practical ways to support it. Speakers include Dr Federica Amati, Head Nutritionist at ZOE and Nutrition Lead at Imperial College London; Rhian Stephenson, nutritionist and founder of Artah; Waldo Ramsay, co-founder of Rebase; and Steve Mellor, founder of AMP Athletic.

On Sunday 27 September, a panel disscusion on the Nervous System Reset will be at The Marylebone Hotel, looking at how stress, hormonal health, sleep and recovery influence wellbeing. The panel brings together hormone health expert Dr Louise Newson, nervous system strategist and author Nahid de Belgeonne, Third Space master trainer Clare Walter and pharmacist and Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle consultant Reshma Malde.

Tickets for both panels are £15, with proceeds donated to local mental health charity Allkind Mental Health Support

There’s plenty happening beyond the talks. Sealskinz and Lululemon will host dedicated run clubs, while AMP Marylebone is offering a free one-week membership including three small-group personal training sessions and unlimited conditioning classes. Third Space will round off the weekend with a free yoga and breathwork session on Sunday afternoon.

Elsewhere, John Bell & Croyden will offer free nutritionist consultations, PRICC will host a fertility-focused discussion, and Wigmore Medical will offer a programme ranging from vitality assessments and skin diagnostics to regenerative facial treatments.

Marylebone’s restaurants are joining in too. Fischer’s will introduce a special wellness menu, while Delamina is launching a £29 Wellness Set Lunch featuring dishes such as watermelon and feta with Kalamata olives, pumpkin seeds and mint, and charcoal-grilled chicken with ras-el-hanout, sweet potato and barberries.Festok will be serving limited-edition collagen-infused ice cream and KOIBIRD is creating an exclusive wellness drink. Visitors can also enjoy complimentary peppermint tea at MUD Australia or book a scent consultation at Jorum Studio.

Already one of London’s favourite destinations for shopping and dining, Marylebone Village has quietly developed a thriving wellness scene encompassing fitness, nutrition, beauty, recovery and healthcare.

The inaugural Wellness Weekender brings all of this together, offering a very good reason to spend a September day in Marylebone, whether your version of wellness involves a run and yoga class, an expert health talk, a restorative treatment or simply a great lunch.

Marylebone Village Wellness Weekender 23–27 September 2026 will take place at various locations across Marylebone Village, London
