Mammy Pancake to Launch First UK Location with Free Bubble Waffles in Notting Hill on 18th July

Hong Kong’s cult street food brand Mammy Pancake is set to open its first-ever UK location on Portobello Road, Notting Hill, on Friday 18 July 2025. To celebrate, the team will be giving away 100 free bubble waffles on opening day. Just follow Mammy Pancake on Instagram and show your screen in-store to claim one (first come, first served).

Famed for its crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside bubble waffles, Mammy Pancake has built a loyal following across Hong Kong and Taiwan, earning six consecutive Michelin Street Food Recommendations. The Portobello Road shop marks the brand’s first step outside Asia and aims to bring a taste of Hong Kong street food culture to West London. Now, Londoners can try signature flavours like Mammy Chocolate, Earl Grey, and Double Cheese, alongside drinks including Hong Kong Style Milk Tea and seasonal specials like Peppermint Chocolate and White Rabbit Candy.
