Interview with Damien Byrne – Co-Founder of HUX

This week we caught up with Damien Byrne – Co-Founder of HUX, to talk about the inspiration behind HUX, a new product they are working on and the best seller!

Can you tell us a little about HUX?

HUX Health is a supplement company created to be a trusted health partner for everyone, from waking up to going to sleep. Fully science-backed, highly effective supplements to allow you to get on with your life and find your daily edge.

What inspired you to start up HUX?

We grew increasingly tired and disappointed in supplements that were confusing, ineffective and boring. Random pouches shoved away in the cupboard. It just doesn’t have to be that way. We saw an opportunity for nutrition to be complex in how they are made, but simple in how they are expressed. Something that you would want to have on your countertop or in your bag, and for them to become part of your daily ritual.

Are you working on anything new that you can share with us?

We are working on a knockout product for gut health.

What are your bestsellers?

Superfoods Vanilla is our best seller.

What has been the best piece of advice you have been given?

What you hope ever to do with ease, you must first learn to do with diligence.

What would your ideal day in London be like?

Early morning walk around London Fields, a gym session, then I’ll hit up one of the street markets for lunch, like Broadway, Exmouth or Leather Lane. An afternoon along the Thames and then in the evening, exploring a new restaurant, followed by a gig.
