East London-based yoga fans will be thrilled at the latest outpost for Hotpod Yoga. The new location in Leyton is now open on Midland Road for all your yoga and wellness needs joining their other spots across London and the globe.
The studios offer multiple sessions throughout the day seven days a week with on-site showers, mats and changing rooms available. All sessions last an hour and take place in the signature 37-degree heat pods with ambient sounds and bespoke scents to guide your practice. If you haven’t tried the experience we highly recommend you book in as it really is an immersive experience ahead of the standard yoga studio.
