The afternoon tea is a celebration of British seasonality and Elizabeth Scarlett’s organic English garden, pressed flower and earth goddess motifs with sweets of earl grey cake, rhubarb and hibiscus profiterole, passion fruit and mango tart, raspberry and rose mousse and orange blossom Madeleine.
Savoury bites include smoked salmon pinwheel, harissa chicken mayonnaise and marinated cucumber and cream cheese, as well as freshly made vanilla and sultana buttermilk scones served with rhubarb and Campari jam and Cornish clotted cream.
To make the celebration even more special, Elizabeth Scarlett will gift a signature product with every afternoon tea purchased only on Mother’s Day and guests will receive a complimentary Pomelle Spritz made with pomelo and elderflower apéritif, Rathfinny sparkling wine and soda.
