To celebrate this year’s London Cocktail Week doughnut legends Crosstown have created an exclusive Green Fairy cocktail-inspired treat for you to gorge on. Filled with pineapple and absinthe custard topped with lemon, lime and elderflower liqueur glaze, finished with coconut chips, dried pineapple and crystallised mint. The Green Fairy Dough Bite is the ultimate doughnut / cocktail crossover.

If you’re in London, Cambridge or Oxford you can order in-store or via the website between the 13th and 23rd October as the special creation is only cooking for 10 days.
